Mahogany Place III - AMENITIES

Of course, the first and foremost thing that any kind of gated community needs to offer is the security and well-being of the residents. In regards to this, the Mahogany III Estates went beyond the basics. Aside from the security personnel who are on duty 24-hours a day, there are also CCTV cameras positioned all over the community with the staff constantly monitoring them.

In addition, the Mahogany III has its own little commercial center where you will find a convenience store and a purified water station. You can also find a cafe and refreshments bar for when you just want to hang out and chat with your friends. It is actually possible for you not to step outside the Mahogany III compound if you do not want to because all of the basic necessities are already within the walls.

However, the reason why Mahogany III is considered a world-class luxury community is because of the numerous recreational amenities that are exclusively available to the residents. First of all, yes, the Mahogany III has a community pool area. There are actually two swimming pools - one is a lap pool that is perfect for adults who want to use swimming as a low-impact form of exercise and the other is a kiddie pool where the youngsters of the community can play and splash around. Around the pool area is a wide pool deck that has a dozen or so deck chairs for when you want to take a break from swimming. There are also tables around the pool area so you can also have a picnic after a tiring day of splashing around in the pools.

When you are a resident of Mahogany III, you no longer need to get one of those expensive gym memberships because there is already a fully equipped fitness center in the middle of the compound. By complete, I do not just mean they have a complete set of weights and equipment. The fitness center in Mahogany III can actually rival the commercial ones. This means that aside from a weight and equipment room, there are also yoga/dance studios and a sauna. You no longer have any excuse not to follow through on your New Year’s Resolution to lose a significant amount of weight because you are practically next door to a gym.

Other notable amenities that you will not find in many residential communities include a wide open park and picnic grove, a landscaped plaza and amphitheater (there are outdoor shows shown here at a regular basis). There is also a huge multi-purpose function hall that has its own kitchen and bar. You can actually rent the place for parties and other celebrations.

The community also has its own mini-theater, which you can also rent out just in case you want to throw a viewing party of your favorite movies/television series. These are truly some world-class amenities that you will not find in any other community in the country, not yet at least.
